    • Cash prizes.

2. Random Placement

  • Prizes are randomly allocated to VapeVault vending machines at the start of each promotional period and may vary by venue.

  • The placement of prizes is reset on a monthly basis, ensuring a fair and random distribution.

3. No Guarantee of Winning

  • Participation in the vending machine purchase does not guarantee a prize.

  • Prizes are randomly distributed and are not guaranteed to be found in every machine or for every purchase.

4. Prize Redemption

  • Redemption instructions will be provided alongside any prize won.

  • Some prizes may require winners to visit a specific location (e.g., a restaurant or bar) for redemption.

  • Cash prizes, where applicable, will be disbursed via bank transfer or other methods as specified.

5. Venue-Specific Variations

  • Prizes may vary between venues based on location, venue partnerships, and available stock.

  • VapeVault Vending reserves the right to change, substitute, or remove prizes at any time without prior notice.

6. Promotional Nature of Prizes

  • The value of prizes is not transferrable or exchangeable for other items.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • VapeVault Vending is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes after they have been awarded.

  • VapeVault Vending is not liable for any disputes arising from prize redemption with third-party vendors (e.g., restaurants or bars).

VapeVault Vending Services Policy

This services policy outlines the terms, conditions, and responsibilities associated with the installation, operation, and maintenance of VapeVault vending machines. By entering into an agreement with VapeVault Vending, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. Services Provided

VapeVault Vending offers the following services as part of its vending machine program:

  • Installation: We will deliver and install the vending machine at your venue, ensuring it is set up and operational.

  • Stock Management: All machines will be stocked regularly with high-quality vape products, based on demand and sales.

  • Maintenance and Servicing: We provide regular maintenance and repair services to ensure uninterrupted operation.

  • Revenue Share Option 

  •  20% profit share.

  • R10,000 rand deposit held for min 12 months.

2. Terms and Conditions

  1. Subscription Period:

    • A minimum 12-month agreement is required for all vending machine placements.

    • Early termination requires a 90-day written notice.

  2. Deposit:

    • A refundable deposit of R10,000 is required for machine rentals. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the machine in its original condition.

  3. Machine Responsibility:

    • Clients are responsible for the care and protection of the machine during the subscription period.

    • Any damages caused by negligence or misuse may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  4. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted 90 days in advance of the termination date.

    • Machines must be returned in good condition at the end of the subscription period.

  5. Revenue Sharing:

    • For revenue-sharing agreements, VapeVault Vending will remit the agreed-upon share of profits to the venue monthly.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Venue Placement:

    • The client must provide a suitable and secure location for the vending machine.

    • Power outlets must be available at the placement location.

  • Promoting the Machine:

    • Clients are encouraged to promote the machine to their patrons to maximize sales and revenue potential.

  • Protection Against Damage:

    • The client must ensure the machine is not exposed to extreme weather, vandalism, or other risks.

4. VapeVault Commitments

  • Machine Performance:

    • VapeVault Vending guarantees that all machines will be in excellent working condition.

    • Any operational issues reported will be addressed within 48 hours.

  • Regular Stock Replenishment:

    • Machines will be restocked regularly based on usage data.

  • Support:

    • Our team is available for support and inquiries during business hours.

5. Benefits for Clients

  • Increased Revenue:

    • VapeVault machines typically generate R15,000 to R80,000 in additional monthly revenue based on foot traffic.

  • Enhanced Patron Experience:

    • Attract younger patrons with the modern convenience of vape vending.

  • Improved Atmosphere:

    • Encourage vaping as a cleaner alternative, reducing the strong odor of cigarette smoke and creating a more pleasant environment for staff and customers.

6. Liability and Indemnity

  • VapeVault Vending is not liable for any losses or damages caused by improper use or placement of the vending machine.

  • The client agrees to indemnify VapeVault Vending against any claims arising from third parties related to the use of the vending machine.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the client's location.
